Independent Elite Sports Officials is an officiating organization that provides sports officials to various facilities in a number of different sports. We currently have officials in AL, GA and SC. IESO was founded in Atlanta to offer a professionally run organization for many different levels of play. This includes youth and adult sports.

IESO is also proud to be an approved association with GISA.

We are dedicated to building relationships with all of our partners and realize that It is easy to obtain business, but harder to keep it. It is necessary to build a long lasting relationship with clients to ensure they are getting what they are paying for.

We at IESO are not just some guys who sit at home while officials are out working, we are present at game sites, rubbing elbows with the owners, coaches, athletic directors and other dignitaries to ensure an ELITE experience. While doing this, our officials will teach, encourage and administer the rules in a professional manner and encourage fair play and sportsmanship.
